Hello! I'm Tom. I designed a game called Gunpoint, about rewiring things and punching people, and now I'm working on a new one called Heat Signature, about sneaking aboard randomly generated spaceships. Here's some more info on all the games I've worked on, here's the podcast I do, here are the videos I make on YouTube, here are some of the articles I wrote for PC Gamer, and here are two short stories I wrote for the Machine of Death collections.
I celebrated April Fool’s day over at the PC Gamer blog by recounting five of my favourite games industry pranks of the last decade.
ImperialCreed: I would dearly, dearly love to believe that the Spector one actually happened.
Chris Evans: I too would love for, well all of them to be real.
Iain “DDude” Dawson: Personally, my favorite form of april fools joke is the one which you cannot quite tell if it's true.
That is why anything that valve does must be taken in all seriousness. Because it may be true!
Iain “DDude” Dawson: warning: laughing at any Valve release-date pun may have an adverse effect on the TF2 update.
Don't post them here, I'm a useless idiot! E-mail tech support with as much detail about your system and the problem as possible, and they can actually do something.
